Additional Devices. In the event CONTRACTOR shall require additional devices, apparatus or any other tools in carrying out the Works which shall be obtained by means of importing them from abroad, then all costs, taxes, retribution and any other levies thereof shall become the responsibility of CONTRACTOR.
Additional Devices. Any additional Equipment, including any accessory items, ordered by Customer after Customers’ initial purchase of Equipment hereunder may be subject to an incremental increase in Fees. In the event Customer orders additional Equipment under the VaaS Program within the ninety (90) days immediately following its initial purchase, such Equipment will be included in and subject to the Initial Commitment Term. Any additional Equipment purchased under the VaaS Program subsequent to such ninety (90) day period, will commence an additional subscription term commitment for such Equipment of five (5) years (a “Subsequent Commitment Term”) with respect to the monthly Fee associated with such additional Equipment. For purposes of this Addendum, the Initial Commitment Term and each Subsequent Commitment Term are each also referred to herein as a “Commitment Term”.

The Customer agrees not to employ or install unauthorized attachments, features or devices to the Hardware, make alterations to the Hardware, or permit personnel other than SAFARI Montage personnel (or SAFARI Montage authorized dealers or contractors) to repair or service the Hardware, without the written consent of SAFARI Montage.

The goal of the climate device is to be able to create a zone of respite in the home. Contractor must review medical exception requests, based on an individual’s specific health needs, for additional devices of the same type per HRSN Authorized Member.

Tenant shall not, without the prior written consent of Landlord, use any device in the Premises, including, but without limitation, data processing machines, which will in anyway materially increase the amount of ventilation, air exchange, gas, steam, electricity or water beyond the existing capacity of the Building and the Project as proportionately allocated to the Premises based upon Tenant’s Pro Rata Share as usually furnished or supplied for the uses set forth in Paragraph 6.1 or be in excess of Tenant’s Pro Rata Share of the Building’s or Project’s capacity to provide such utilities or services; provided, however, Tenant shall have the right, during the Lease Term, subject to all Applicable Laws, to install, maintain and operate an emergency generator in a size and location reasonably approved by Landlord (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed).
Additional Devices. The Buyer agrees not to employ additional attachments, features, or devices to the Goods, make alterations to the Goods, or permit the maintenance service of the Goods other than by Synexis’ personnel without the written consent of Synexis or unless otherwise outlined in the Sales Confirmation. Synexis will not be liable for loss or damage to the Buyer resulting from unauthorized additional attachments, alterations, or maintenance service and the Buyer will be liable to Synexis for any repair or damage costs incurred by Synexis as a result of the addition of unauthorized attachments, alterations, or maintenance service.
