Commencement of Development. 5.3.1 In the event that development on the Lands has not commenced within five (5) years from the date of registration of this Agreement at the Registry of Deeds or Land Registry Office, as indicated herein, the Agreement shall have no further force or effect and henceforth the development of the Lands shall conform with the provisions of the Land Use By-law. For the purpose of this section, commencement of development shall mean issuance of a Mobile Home Park Construction Permit.
5.3.2 For the purpose of this section, Council may consider granting an extension of the commencement of development time period through a resolution under Section 4.1 of this Agreement, if the Municipality receives a written request from the Developer at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiry of the commencement of development time period.
Commencement of Development. 7.3.1 In the event that development on the Lands has not commenced within three (3) years from the date of registration of this Agreement at the Registry of Deeds or Land Registry Office, as indicated herein, the Agreement shall have no further force or effect and henceforth the development of the Lands shall conform with the provisions of the Land Use By-law.
Commencement of Development. 7.3.1 In the event that development on the Lands has not commenced within four (4) years from the date of registration of this Agreement at the Registry of Deeds or Land Registry Office, as indicated herein, the Lands shall conform with the provisions of the Land Use By-law.
7.3.2 For the purpose of this section, commencement of development shall mean application for final subdivision approval. For the purpose of this section, Council may consider granting an extension of the commencement of development time period through a resolution under Section 6.1 of this Agreement, if the Municipality receives a written request from the Developer.
Commencement of Development. 6.3.1 In the event that development on the Lands has not commenced within 2 years from the date of registration of this Agreement at the Registry of Deeds or Land Registry Office, as indicated herein, the Agreement shall have no further force or effect and henceforth the development of the Lands shall conform with the provisions of the Land Use By-law for Halifax Mainland.
6.3.2 For the purpose of this section, commencement of development shall mean an application for a Development Permit.
6.3.3 For the purpose of this section, Council may consider granting an extension of the commencement of development time period through a resolution under 5.1.1 if the Municipality receives a written request from the Developer.

5.3.2 For the purpose of this section, commencement of development shall mean the issuance of a Development Permit for the accessory building (“proposed greenhouse”) devoted to the plant nursery.
5.3.3 For the purpose of this section, Council may consider granting an extension of the commencement of development time period through a resolution under Section 4.1, if the Municipality receives a written request from the Developer at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiry of the commencement of development time period.
Commencement of Development. 7.3.1 In the event that the Developer has not entered into a Stage II Development Agreement or construction on the Lands has not commenced within three (3) years from the date of registration of this Agreement at the Registry of Deeds or Land Registry Office, as indicated herein, the Agreement shall have no further force or effect.
7.3.2 For the purposes of this section, commencement of construction shall mean the pouring of the footings for the foundation of a building or the takeover of a street, whichever happens first.
7.3.3 For the purpose of this section, Council may consider granting an extension of the commencement of development time period through a resolution under Section 6.2 of this Agreement, if the Municipality receives a written request from the Developer at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiry of the commencement of development time period.
Commencement of Development. The Owner covenants that it shall not commence any development whatsoever on the Subject Lands until:

7.3.2 For the purpose of this section, commencement of development shall mean the issuance of a Building Permit for the construction of the main building.
7.3.3 For the purpose of this section, Council may consider granting an extension of the commencement of development time period through a resolution under Section 6.1, if the Municipality receives a written request from the Developer prior to the expiry of the commencement of development time period.
Commencement of Development. 13.1 The Owner/Developer shall give to the Council seven (7) days written notice of its intention to Commence Development and shall confirm in writing within seven (7) days following Commencement that Development has Commenced PROVIDED THAT failure to provide either of the said notifications shall not render this Agreement inoperative
