Common use of Additional Disclosure Obligations Clause in Contracts

Additional Disclosure Obligations. The Participant acknowledges and understands that other state and federal laws, including but not limited to the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder, may apply to the Participant, and that under some circumstances compliance with this Agreement, without additional disclosures or other action, may not fully discharge all duties and obligations of the Participant under such laws.
