For the purposes of this document: any reference to the Local Manager “executing an order” is a reference to the Local Manager, as agent, entering into a Transaction on behalf of a client with another person that acts as principal to that Transaction, any reference to the Local Manager “placing an order” is a reference to the Local Manager, as agent, arranging for a Transaction to be entered into by another person that acts as agent on behalf of a client when entering into that Transaction, and any reference to the Local Manager “effecting a Transaction” is a reference to the Local Manager either placing or executing an order. As part of its transaction execution arrangements, the Local Manager has an order execution policy in place that is designed to ensure that the Local Manager complies with its duty to obtain the best possible result when effecting a Transaction for one or more clients (the “Order Execution Policy”).   • Data Disclosure Under Minnesota Statute § 270C.65, Subdivision 3 and other applicable law, the Contractor consents to disclosure of its social security number, federal employer tax identification number, and/or Minnesota tax identification number, already provided to the State, to federal and state agencies and state personnel involved in the payment of state obligations. These identification numbers may be used in the enforcement of federal and state laws which could result in action requiring the Contractor to file state tax returns, pay delinquent state tax liabilities, if any, or pay other state liabilities.

Provider will not sell or rent Student Data. In the event another party, including law enforcement or a government entity, contacts the Provider with a request or subpoena for Student Data in the possession of the Provider, the Provider shall redirect the other party to seek the data directly from the LEA. In the event the Provider is compelled to produce Student Data to another party in compliance with a court order, Provider shall notify the LEA at least five (5) school days in advance of the court ordered disclosure and, upon request, provide the LEA with a copy of the court order requiring such disclosure.

  • Documentation of Disclosures Business Associate agrees to document uses and disclosures of PHI and information related to such uses and disclosures as required for Covered Entity to respond to a request by an individual for an accounting of disclosures of PHI in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.528.
