Common use of ADDITIONAL DOWN-SELECTS AND/OR FINAL PROPOSAL REVISIONS Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL DOWN-SELECTS AND/OR FINAL PROPOSAL REVISIONS. The Government does not anticipate the need for Final Proposal Revisions (FPR) and is structuring the process to preclude the need for such. However, at its discretion, pursuant to the FAA AMS, the Government may make one or more down-selections during this evaluation process. Should the Government elect to request FPRs, such request may be made only to those offerors that are down-selected for further consideration (pursuant to the evaluation criteria of this SIR).
