Common use of Additional Drawings Clause in Contracts

Additional Drawings. If during construction, situations arise which require additional drawings or details, Consulting Engineer/Architect agrees to provide such additional drawings or details at no cost to City when the additional drawings or details are required to correct Consulting Engineer/Architect's errors or omissions or clarify Consulting Engineer/Architect's intent in the original design and preparation of construction drawings. If such situations occur through no fault of Consulting Engineer/Architect, or are beyond his/her control, both parties agree to negotiate an equitable payment to Consulting Engineer/Architect for his/her services rendered, which shall be accomplished through a change order.
