Additional Due Diligence Fees for Additional and Substituted Collateral. The Borrower shall pay to the Lender additional reasonable due diligence fees (the “Additional Collateral Due Diligence Fees”) with respect to each Additional and Substituted Mortgaged Property in an amount not to exceed the sum of $16,000. The Borrower shall pay Additional Collateral Due Diligence Fees for the Additional or Substituted Mortgaged Property to the Lender on the date on which it submits the Collateral Addition or Substitution Request for the addition of the Additional or Substituted Mortgaged Property to the Collateral Pool.
