Additional Duty Stipends. 28 Stipends shall be negotiated with Association Leadership for additional duties for 29 committee work outside the scope of supplemental contract duties or regular teaching 30 assignments of bargaining unit members. Both parties will identify: 32 1) Member(s) to be paid the stipend, 33 2) Nature of the committee work, 34 3) The duration and frequency of the committee, and 35 4) the amount of the stipend. 37 Stipends may not be used to enhance salary or supplemental contract compensation. 38 Attendance at 75% or more of the meetings are required to receive the stipend, unless 39 otherwise approved by the supervisor.
