Additional Engineering Fee. BellSouth’s additional engineering, and other labor costs associated with handling COMPASS-requested modifications to requests in progress or augmentations for existing arrangements shall be recovered as Additional Engineering charges, under provisions in BellSouth’s F.C.C.
