Additional Entities. It is understood that other political subdivisions may wish to participate in the November 3, 2020 Election and request the use of the above-mentioned election equipment, voting places and personnel, etc. It is agreed that the County may contract with other political subdivisions for such purposes. It is understood and agreed that the County will use the same formula for determining a pro rata share for each entity as described in this Agreement.

If Licensor removes the Licensee’s Facilities or related equipment, Licensor must give written notice to the above entities at the addresses provided, informing them that Licensee’s Facilities or related property have been removed. Except for facilities already abandoned under Subsection 22.4., Licensor shall also inform these entities that the facilities will be deemed abandoned if they are not claimed and the following are not paid within thirty (30) Business Days: (i) outstanding restoration costs; (ii) storage fees; and (iii) other reasonable costs paid by Licensor.

A. Local Credit Unions. A Financial Institution satisfying all of the following requirements:
1. The Financial Institution carries on business solely as a Credit Union;
2. It is licensed and regulated under the laws of Gibraltar;
3. It has no fixed place of business outside of Gibraltar; and
4. All accounts maintained by the Financial Institution are held by residents of Gibraltar.
