Check the following that apply:: A certificate of occupancy or other evidence that the contract units comply with local requirements. An architect or developer’s certification that the housing complies with: the HQS; Zoning; The rehabilitation work write-up for rehabilitated housing; The work description for newly constructed housing; or Any additional design or quality requirements pursuant to this Agreement.
