Common use of Additional Evidence of Completion Clause in Contracts

Additional Evidence of Completion. At the discretion of the PHA, or as required by HUD, this Agreement may specify additional documentation that must be submitted by owner as evidence of completion of the housing. Check the following that apply: A certificate of occupancy or other evidence that the contract units comply with local requirements. An architect’s or developer’s certification that the housing complies with: the HQS; State, local, or other building codes; Zoning; The rehabilitation work write-up for rehabilitated housing; The work description for newly constructed housing; or Any additional design or quality requirements pursuant to this Agreement.
