ADDITIONAL EXCLUSION. OCCURRENCE
ADDITIONAL EXCLUSION. CLAIMS MADE
1. that happened:
a. before the prior acts date; or
b. after the prior acts date if, on the inception date of this policy, you knew or should have known that it would result in a claim; or
2. which on the inception date of this policy:
a. is the subject of a reported case management non-medical incident; or
b. pending claim or proceeding; or
c. is a paid claim.
ADDITIONAL EXCLUSION. This extension does not insure against loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by any change or interruption to electric power supply, if the change originates more than 30.5 metres (100 feet) away from the premises insured containing the property insured, except by lightning. Coverage is extended to include “computer equipment” and “computer media” while in transit or in temporary locations anywhere in Canada or the Continental United States of America.
ADDITIONAL EXCLUSION. The Underwriters shall not be liable to indemnify the Insured in respect of any liability, claim or loss arising out of, caused by, resulting from, in consequence of, in connection with or in any way involving any act, error, omission, event, circumstance or occurrence happening, or alleged to have happened, prior to the retroactive date for this endorsement.
ADDITIONAL EXCLUSION. In addition to other exclusions in the Contract, including but not limited to the article 1.2.1 of the General Terms, this Contract does not cover any losses relating to Deliveries made to a Buyer owing You an invoice remaining unpaid for more than sixty (60) days after the Due Date. For the purpose of this paragraph, the sixty (60) days period after the Due Date is extended to ninety
ADDITIONAL EXCLUSION. Aside from the obligations stated in this section, OT’s liability under this Agreement shall be excluded, no matter what the legal grounds are. If OT’s liability is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of the OT’s employees, representatives and vicarious agents.
ADDITIONAL EXCLUSION. The Insurer shall not be liable under this Item for loss due to fines or damages for breach of contract, for late or non-completion of orders, or for any penalties of whatever nature.
ADDITIONAL EXCLUSION. UNINSURED MOTORIST PROPERTY DAMAGE COVERAGE Coverage under this Part IV is not provided for property damage to a covered vehicle for which insurance is afforded under a nuclear energy liability insurance contract.
