ADDITIONAL FEE FOR EXCEPTIONAL DUTIES. In the event of the Note Trustee giving an Enforcement Notice or considering it expedient or necessary or being requested by the Issuer to undertake duties which the Note Trustee and the Issuer agree to be of an exceptional nature or otherwise outside the scope of the normal duties of the Note Trustee under this Deed the Issuer shall pay to the Note Trustee such additional remuneration as shall be agreed between them.
