Common use of Additional Financial Support Clause in Contracts

Additional Financial Support. In addition to the Compensation provided under Section 3.3, the Village shall provide the following additional financial support in connection with the Egg Harbor Sunset Concert Series: (a) The Village shall budget and make available, subject to Village Board approval, the sum of Twenty Thousand and 00/100 ($20,000.00) Dollars for support of Event performances. (b) The Village shall further budget and make available, subject to Village Board approval, the sum of ($7,000.) for light & sound technician fees for Event productions. Sound and lighting includes sound equipment set up and engineer to operate for up to 10 shows. Aim and interface existing and new lighting to optimize effectiveness. Set backlighting for each show. Will include backline for 2 shows per season. Communicate with artists and artist management to ensure needs are met within the reality of the venue.
