VILLAGE RESPONSIBILITIES. The Village agrees to provide the following services for the Fields: 1. The Village will provide porta-potties or similar temporary restroom accommodations at the Fields. 2. The Village will periodically mow the Fields at its own expense. 3. The Village will provide garbage bins at the Fields and will arrange for periodic garbage pick-up. 4. The Village’s designated non-emergency contact as for questions regarding the Fields is the Public Works Department, which can be reached Monday-Friday from the hours of 8:30 am – 3:30 pm at 000-000-0000.

VILLAGE RESPONSIBILITIES. 1. The Village shall approve their own fire department members and incident commanders, including designations within their fire command structure. 2. The Village shall have the authority, in any circumstance deemed necessary, to call upon mutual aid resources, to respond to an emergency in the Carbon Fire District. 3. The Village shall have the authority to decide how resources will be deployed should two occurrences happen at or near the same time in either of the municipalities, and that mutual aid for manpower and equipment will be put in motion. 4. The Village shall be responsible to ensure that the apparatus and equipment are kept in good condition and meet NFPA standards where applicable. 5. As majority share owner, the Village will retain title and ownership to the Command Truck and will be responsible for all required safety inspections, repair of said truck, and maintenance of the radios installed in the said truck. The Village will also be responsible to coordinate the replacement of the said truck. 6. The Village will be responsible for their proportionate share of insurance coverage as per the established ownership percentage of apparatus identified in Schedule B. 7. The Village will be responsible for their proportionate share of rental equipment, if necessary, coverage as per the established ownership percentage of apparatus identified in Schedule B. 8. The Village agrees that the County will be the managing partner for E – 911 call dispatch services and they will pay to the County their proportionate share of the service as outlined in Schedule B. 9. The Village will assume full and complete responsibility for the xxxxxxx and operation of their fire department and will ensure there is sufficient manpower, equipment, supplies and training available to provide protection to the district. The Village will ensure that all members operating vehicles have the necessary licensing to do so. 10. The Village will provide apparatus storage for all units as described in Schedule B. 11. The Village will carry life and/or accident insurance for all their firefighter members. 12. The Village will be responsible for Worker’s Compensation Board coverage for their own fire fighters and/or volunteer fire fighters. The Village may have their own set of administrative compliances with respect to Occupational Health and Safety, however all Members will comply with OHS AB Regulations. 13. VILLAGE RESPONSIBILITIES. As part of its regular maintenance of the Village Parks for public use and enjoyment, the Village will maintain the following: 1. Field lighting fixtures, including wiring, electronic components, and structural elements. 2. Mowing and upkeep of grass at Leland and Porter Parks one time per week, in the areas, set forth in the attached Exhibit “B”.

The Village shall serve as a co-applicant for all zoning applications to the Village necessary for the Project; provided that the Village shall not be required to pay for any zoning application or zoning review fees. VILLAGE RESPONSIBILITIES. The Village shall be responsible for the following: 1. The advertising and notification of any and all meetings associated with this comprehensive planning process. When applicable, the Village shall be responsible for ensuring the distribution of meeting notices is in accordance with the State of Ohio Sunshine Laws. The Village is also responsible for all costs related to preferred and/or required advertisements including, but not limited to the costs for printing and mailing of fliers/mailers, legal notices within the newspaper, or other similar advertising activities. 2. Any documents produced by Crossroads for review by the Village shall be delivered in electronic form. The Village may request paper copies to be provided and shall pay $0.15 per page for said copies. Crossroads shall obtain written approval from the Village Administrator prior to incurring any charges for said copies.
