Common use of Additional Funds Clause in Contracts

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio ___________________________________with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Merrxxx Xxxcx Xxxernational Index Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and International Portfolio Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio New England Equity Income Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more an additional series of capital stock other than the Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, the such additional series of Shares shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio The Seven Seas Series Money Market Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

In the event that the Fund establishes one or more an additional series of capital stock other than the Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian Custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such additional series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Initial Portfolios with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Xxxx Xxxxx Opportunity Trust with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx International Fund and International Portfolio Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Emerging Markets Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more an additional series of capital stock other than the Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such additional series of Shares shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio initial series with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more ---------------- series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Nuveen Xxxxxxxxxxx Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms 29 hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Stein Roe Institutional Client High Yield Fund with respect xxxxxxx to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio PaineWebber S & P 500 Index Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Total Return Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Companion Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative PortfolioXxxxxx Large Company Growth Fund, Balanced PortfolioXxxxxx Research Fund, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Xxxxxx Small Cap Value+Growth Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Landmark U.S. Government Income Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio State Street Investment Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Global Fixed Income Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio State Street Capital Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Kemper U.S Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio with Income Funx xxxx respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio XXXXX FARGO SIFE SPECIALIZED FINANCIAL SERVICES FUND with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio The Masters’ Select Equity Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder. The Custodian shall not unreasonably withhold approval of such new series.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Government Income Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth The Government Portfolio and International The Diversified Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Xxxx Xxxxx Market Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Masters' Select Equity Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Artisan Small-Cap Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio THE XXXXXXX FOCUS FUND AND THE XXXXXXX GROWTH & INCOME FUND with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more additional series of beneficial interest other than the Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio [______________________________] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio Alliance Capital Reserves and International Portfolio the Alliance Money Reserves with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio Government Securities Portolio and International Treasury Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio Government Securities Portolio and International Money Market Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Xxxxxx Xxxxx World Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio with Legg Mason Market Neutrxx Xrxxx xith respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Xxxx Xxxxx Global Government Trust with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Permanent Portfolio and International the Treasury Xxxx Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more an additional series of shares other than the Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such additional series of Shares shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Merrxxx Xxxcx Xxxernational Equity Index Series with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative PortfolioXxxxxxx Domestic All-Cap Equity Fund and Xxxxxxx Select Bond Fund, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio Landmark Equity Fund and International Portfolio Landmark Small Cap Equity Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative PortfolioXxxxxx, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Xxxxxxx Global Equity Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Stock Index Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio those listed on Appendix A with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian Custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Scudder Money Market Series with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian havx xxx Xustodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Institutional Income Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx Socially Responsive Trust with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.
