Common use of Additional Funds Clause in Contracts

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to those listed on Exhibit A hereto, with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to New England Equity Income Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to Merrxxx Xxxcx Xxxernational Index Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writingwriting and, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, the parties hereto will amend Schedule F to so reflect and such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the initial series with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional ---------------- series of Shares in addition to Nuveen Xxxxxxxxxxx Growth Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms 29 hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more an additional series of capital stock other than the Shares with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such additional series of Shares shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more an additional series of capital stock other than the Shares with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, the such additional series of Shares shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the Initial Portfolios with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to each of the series and classes listed on Appendix A attached hereto with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio, Liquid Asset Portfolio, Limited Maturity Portfolio, Partners Portfolio, and Government Income Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to those specified on the first page of this Contract with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to Short Term Treasury Portfolio and Intermediate Term Treasury Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the Masters' Select Equity Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to Artisan Small-Cap Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the Permanent Portfolio and the Treasury Xxxx Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to International Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereofhereof or otherwise desires the Custodian to render services as custodian under the terms hereof to any other of its present series, if any, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to those listed on Appendix A with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian Custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the Growth Portfolio, the High-Yield Portfolio and the Mortgage Securities Income Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to Total Return Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to Government Securities Portolio and Money Market Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to [______________________________] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the Stock Index Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to those Portfolios set forth on Appendix A hereto with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the portfolios listed on Appendix I attached hereto with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the Alliance Capital Reserves and the Alliance Money Reserves with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to *[Names of Portfolios] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to Capital Growth Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to AEW Real Estate Securities Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to The Masters’ Select Equity Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to Income Portfolio, Income with Growth Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth with Income Portfolio and Growth Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to Government Securities Portolio and Treasury Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the Growth Portfolio, Value Portfolio, Aggressive Growth Portfolio and International Equity Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to INVESCO Balanced Fund and INVESCO Multi-Asset Allocation Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to The Government Portfolio and The Diversified Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services,, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to Global Fixed Income Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to INVESCO Advantage Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Institutional Income Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to Equity Portfolio, Small Cap Portfolio, Managed Portfolio, High Yield Portfolio, and International Growth Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to The Stock Portfolio, The Money Market Portfolio, The Bond Portfolio, The Asset Allocation Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more an additional series of shares other than the Shares with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such additional series of Shares shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the Full Range Duration Portfolio, Long Duration Portfolio, Limited Duration Portfolio and Money Market Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to State Street Capital Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of beneficial interest other than the Shares with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the Companion Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the Prime Portfolio, the Government Portfolio, and the Tax Free Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund from time to time establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to the Government Income Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.
