Additional Governing Law Sample Clauses

The Additional Governing Law clause specifies that, in addition to the primary governing law stated in the agreement, certain aspects or provisions may be subject to the laws of another jurisdiction. This clause typically applies when a contract involves multiple regions or when specific regulatory requirements necessitate the application of additional legal frameworks.
