Prohibited Deposits. You agree not to transmit for deposit any of the following items, any of which can be deposited at any of our physical locations:
Prohibited Deposits. You agree not to transmit for deposit any of the following items, any of which can be deposited at any of our physical locations: (i) checks that are drawn on financial institutions outside of the United States or territories of the United States; (ii) checks that are torn or damaged or fail the image quality check in the eCourier program; (iii) cash or any non-negotiable instrument. In addition, you will not under any circumstance deposit an item that you suspect or should know to be fraudulent or not authorized by the legal owner of the account on which the check is drawn.
Prohibited Deposits. You understand and agree that you will not use the service to deposit the following items: o Any third-party check, i.e., any item that is made payable to another party and then endorsed to you by such party. The check must be payable to you. o Any item drawn on your personal account at CUVermont. o Any item payable to you and another party who is not joint owner on your CUVermont account. o Any item that contains evidence of alteration to the information on the check. o Any check previously converted to a “substitute check,” as defined in Regulation CC. o Any item issued by a financial institution in a foreign country, or bearing a non- US routing number. o Checks or items not payable in United States Currency. o A Savings Bond. o Cash, money orders, cashier’s checks, temporary and/or starter checks, credit card checks, or traveler’s checks.
Prohibited Deposits. The Client shall not, at any time, store with the Company any narcotics; materials considered to be flammable, explosive, toxic or radioactive; organic material which may attract vermin or insects; or any other materials which are otherwise illegal, dangerous and unsafe to store or handle in an enclosed area. The Company reserves the right to open and inspect any Deposits tendered for storage and refuse acceptance of any materials that fail to comply with the Company’s storage restrictions and guidelines.

  • Prohibited Items Only refrigeration appliances supplied with the Room are to be used. No other refrigeration items are to be brought into the Room. In order for appliances to be used in the Residence, they must bear a visible serial number and a CSA or UL identification tag. Irons, toaster ovens, coffee makers, electric kettles protected by automatic “shut off” may be used. Appliances found in rooms that do not bear a CSA or UL identification tag will be removed by the Manager at the Resident’s expense, without liability to the Manager for spoilage or damage to the appliance removed. The following are prohibited: open coil hot plates, deep fryers, indoor barbecues, fondues and the like; pets; candles, incense, lava lamps, halogen lamps, large musical instruments or noise producing devices such as subwoofers and PA systems, illegal substances, alcohol and illegal drug paraphernalia, single serving glass alcohol containers (i.e. beer bottles, coolers, etc.), novelty glass liquor bottles, and large common source containers (i.e. kegs, 60oz containers); weapons, replica weapons, or any device that is designed for (or could be used for) the purpose to intimidate, threaten, harm, or kill.

  • PROHIBITED DECKING AREAS Purchaser shall not deck right-of-way timber in the following areas:  Within the grubbing limits.  Within 50 feet of any stream.  In locations that interfere with the construction of the road prism.  In locations that impede drainage.  On slopes greater than 40%.  Against standing trees unless approved by the Contract Administrator.

  • Prohibited Content You may not access Google services from an Application that: (a) contains any viruses, worms, trojan horses, or the like; and (b) is distributed primarily for the purpose of (i) distributing pornographic, obscene, excessively profane, gambling-related, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal content, or (ii) distributing content related to “hacking” or “cracking.”

If the entity Account Holder is: (i) a U.S. Person that is not a Specified U.S. Person; (ii) subject to subparagraph C.4 of this section, an Irish Financial Institution or other Partner Jurisdiction Financial Institution; (iii) a participating FFI, a deemed-compliant FFI, an exempt beneficial owner, or an excepted FFI, as those terms are defined in relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations; (iv) an Active NFFE; or (v) a Passive NFFE none of the Controlling Persons of which is a U.S. citizen or resident, then the account is not a U.S. Reportable Account and no reporting is required with respect to the account.

  • Prohibited Uses You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. Additionally, you agree not to: • Use the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Website, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Website. • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Website for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Website. • Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Website, or for any other purpose not expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, without our prior written consent. • Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Website. • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Website, the server on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Website. • Attack the Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. • Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website.

  • Prohibited Transfers The occurrence of any of the following Transfers will constitute an Event of Default under this Loan Agreement:

  • PROHIBITED TERMS Any term included in this Contract that requires the State to indemnify or hold Contractor harmless; requires the State to agree to binding arbitration; limits Contractor’s liability for damages resulting from death, bodily injury, or damage to tangible property; or that conflicts with this provision in any way shall be void ab initio. Nothing in this Contract shall be construed as a waiver of any provision of §00-000-000 C.R.S. Any term included in this Contract that limits Contractor’s liability that is not void under this section shall apply only in excess of any insurance to be maintained under this Contract, and no insurance policy shall be interpreted as being subject to any limitations of liability of this Contract.
