Additional Governmental Grants. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude Operator from being eligible for grants provided to Charter Schools. Operator shall remain entitled to directly receive all grant funding specific to Charter Schools for which IPS is not eligible, including but not limited to facility funding and charter school grants, and the application for, acceptance of, and use of such grants shall be at the sole discretion of Operator.
