Common use of Additional Governmental Grants Clause in Contracts

Additional Governmental Grants. To the extent that additional governmental grant opportunities become available for the benefit of the School, and such grant funds are not already received directly by Operator for use in the School, the Parties shall reasonably cooperate in attempting to obtain such additional grant funds, and the School shall be eligible to receive such grant funds obtained by IPS in the same manner, and pursuant to the same criteria, as other IPS schools.
