Facilities Planning. The Board shall involve teachers in the preparation of educational 4 specifications for school facilities. The specifications shall be used in the planning and 5 construction of new facilities and in the planning of additions or the remodeling of existing 6 facilities. These specifications will be used, at the discretion of the Board. Such specifications may 7 include:
8 (a) Room Assignment: teaching room/station for each teacher commensurate with the
Facilities Planning. 1. The Union will support the District's actions to reorganize the Facilities Planning and Construction Department (FPCD) by creating management positions to implement and supervise departmental activities, projects and goals. The District will not seek to utilize the project manager classification for said positions.
2. In consideration of this Agreement, the Union shall withdraw the Unfair Labor Practice charge previously filed on the issue of awarding construction design and management contracts (SF-CE-1797). Similarly, the Union shall withdraw its Civil Service complaint on this issue which was originally calendared for October 24, 1995.
3. There shall be no layoff of any current unit members as a result of awarding design or construction management contracts or departmental reorganization as contemplated herein. It is the District's intent to have Inspectors (Class 6331) supervised by Special Assistants (Class 1373), except for interim situations.
Facilities Planning. A committee will be appointed jointly by the Association and Administration to provide input and feedback in the facilities planning process. The committee will provide input during the programming phase. The committee will have the opportunity to provide comment during the design phase of the planning.
Facilities Planning. The College Facilities Committee shall contain one member selected by the President of the Faculty Association.
Facilities Planning. 2.1.1.1 The Contractor shall leverage the lessons learned from current or past operations to produce operational documentation (concepts, plans, processes, information flows, interagency agreements, and other documentation delivered as technical reports) so that the DSNS is properly prepared to meet future all hazards public health emergencies regarding medical waste management.

The Parties acknowledge that IPS regularly considers how best to make the most efficient use of its facilities (“Facilities Planning”) and that the Facilities may be included in such Facilities Planning. The Parties agree that IPS may, pursuant to such Facilities Planning or otherwise, terminate Operator’s rights under this Agreement relating to the Facilities (“Facilities Rights”) by giving written notice of such termination (“Facilities Notice”) to Operator. If IPS provides a Facilities Notice before August 1 of a given School Year, Operator shall continue to operate the School in the Facilities pursuant to this Agreement through the remainder of the then current School Year. If IPS provides a Facilities Notice after August 1 of a given School Year, Operator shall continue to operate the School in the Facilities pursuant to this Agreement for both the remainder of the School Year in which such Facilities Notice is provided and the School Year that immediately follows.
