Facilities Planning. A committee will be appointed jointly by the Association and Administration to provide input and feedback in the facilities planning process. Facilities Planning. 1. The Union will support the District's actions to reorganize the Facilities Planning and Construction Department (FPCD) by creating management positions to implement and supervise departmental activities, projects and goals. Facilities Planning. The Parties acknowledge that IPS regularly considers how best to make the most efficient use of its facilities (“Facilities Planning”) and that the Facilities may be included in such Facilities Planning. The Parties agree that IPS may, pursuant to such Facilities Planning or otherwise, terminate Operator’s rights under this Agreement relating to the Facilities (“Facilities Rights”) by giving written notice of such termination (“Facilities Notice”) to Operator. If IPS provides a Facilities Notice before August 1 of a given School Year, Operator shall continue to operate the School in the Facilities pursuant to this Agreement through the remainder of the then current School Year. If IPS provides a Facilities Notice after August 1 of a given School Year, Operator shall continue to operate the School in the Facilities pursuant to this Agreement for both the remainder of the School Year in which such Facilities Notice is provided and the School Year that immediately follows.

  • Transition Planning The AGENCY will be responsible for the development of the student’s Transition Plan, which begins upon entry and is completed prior to the student’s exit.

  • Financial Planning The Employer will provide, or cause to be provided, continued access, for the remainder of the calendar year in which the Covered Termination occurs or for 60 days (if greater), to the financial planning services available to executive employees at the time of the Covered Termination.

  • Contingency Planning The Official Agency in conjunction with the Authority shall ensure that there are contingency plans in place at appropriate levels for dealing with food related crises and incidents. The contingency plan shall be in line with Article 115 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and include arrangements for activation of the plan, establishment of a crisis team, communication and information, out of hours contacts and on call services. As part of these plans, the Official Agency will provide the Authority with contact points for both office hours and out of office hours contact for emergency and crisis situations. The Official Agency shall facilitate training of personnel in the operation and exercise of the contingency plans. Periodic review of the plans shall take place in consultation with the Authority. The Official Agency shall implement the agreed Inter-Agency Protocol for the Management of a Food Crisis and guidance on Management of Outbreaks of Foodborne Illness as per Section 1.19.

  • Dewatering (a) Where the whole of a site is so affected by surface water following a period of rain that all productive work is suspended by agreement of the Parties, then dewatering shall proceed as above with Employees so engaged being paid at penalty rates as is the case for safety rectification work. This work is typically performed by Employees engaged within CW1, CW2 or CW3 classifications. When other Employees are undertaking productive work in an area or areas not so affected then dewatering will only attract single time rates. (b) Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, appropriate Employees shall assist in the tidying up of their own work site or area if it is so affected. Where required, appropriate Employees will be provided with the appropriate PPE. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected. (c) To avoid any confusion any ‘dewatering’ time which prevents an Employee from being engaged in their normal productive work is not included in any calculation for the purposes of determining whether an Employee is entitled to go home due to wet weather (refer clauses 32.4 and 32.5)

  • Business Continuity Planning Supplier shall prepare and maintain at no additional cost to Buyer a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”). Upon written request of Buyer, Supplier shall provide a copy of Supplier’s BCP. The BCP shall be designed to ensure that Supplier can continue to provide the goods and/or services in accordance with this Order in the event of a disaster or other BCP-triggering event (as such events are defined in the applicable BCP). Supplier’s BCP shall, at a minimum, provide for: (a) the retention and retrieval of data and files; (b) obtaining resources necessary for recovery, (c) appropriate continuity plans to maintain adequate levels of staffing required to provide the goods and services during a disruptive event; (d) procedures to activate an immediate, orderly response to emergency situations; (e) procedures to address potential disruptions to Supplier’s supply chain; (f) a defined escalation process for notification of Buyer, within two (2) business days, in the event of a BCP-triggering event; and (g) training for key Supplier Personnel who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining Supplier’s continuity plans and records. Supplier shall maintain the BCP and test it at least annually or whenever there are material changes in Supplier’s operations, risks or business practices. Upon Xxxxx’s written and reasonable request, Supplier shall provide Buyer an executive summary of test results and a report of corrective actions (including the timing for implementation) to be taken to remedy any deficiencies identified by such testing. Upon Xxxxx’s request and with reasonable advance notice and conducted in such a manner as not to unduly interfere with Supplier’s operations, Supplier shall give Buyer and its designated agents access to Supplier’s designated representative(s) with detailed functional knowledge of Supplier’s BCP and relevant subject matter.

  • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.
