Common use of ADDITIONAL HARDWARE Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL HARDWARE. If Customer purchases additional hardware from Motorola that becomes part of the System, the additional hardware may be added to this Addendum and will be billed at the applicable rates after the warranty period for that additional equipment expires. Such hardware will be included in the definition of Equipment.
