Common use of Additional increase proviso Clause in Contracts

Additional increase proviso. 6.6. If central government or local authority or other state or quasi state entities or agencies take steps or cause steps to be taken which have a significant and obvious impact on our costs (including taxes or other charges raised by the state or agencies of the state ), we reserve the right to increase your Residential Fees and any Enhanced Room Fees by a fair and reasonable amount above the standard annual increase of 5% to reflect that impact (“additional increase”).
