Additional Information to Enrollees. (A) The Contractors shall annually reinforce, in writing, to Enrollees how to access emergency and urgent services and how to file an Appeal or Grievance. (B) The Contractor shall make a good faith effort to give written notice of termination of a Participating Provider, within 15 calendar days after receipt or issuance of the termination notice, to each enrollee who received the Enrollee’s dental care from, or was seen on a regular basis by, the terminated Participating Provider.
