Common use of Additional Information to Enrollees Clause in Contracts

Additional Information to Enrollees. (A) The Contractors shall annually reinforce, in writing, to Enrollees how to access emergency and urgent services and how to file an Appeal or Grievance. The Contractor shall provide a draft copy of this annual notification to the Department for review prior to sending the notification to Enrollees. (B) The Contractor shall make a good faith effort to give written notice of termination of a Participating Provider, within 15 days after receipt or issuance of the termination notice, to each enrollee who received his or her primary care from, or was seen on a regular basis by, the terminated Participating Provider.
