Additional Information to Holders of Other Indebtedness. Simultaneously with the furnishing of such information to any other holder of Indebtedness of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (i) copies of all other financial statements, reports or projections with respect to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries which are broader in scope or on a more frequent basis than the such Person is required to provide under this Agreement and (ii) copies of all studies, reviews, reports or assessments that reveal circumstances, events or other matters that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
