Future Reports to the Representatives During the period of five years hereafter, the Company will furnish to the Representatives, c/x Xxxxxxxxx, at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, Attention: Global Head of Syndicate, and c/o Leerink Partners LLC, Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 00000, Attention: Syndicate Department (i) as soon as practicable after the end of each fiscal year, copies of the Annual Report of the Company containing the balance sheet of the Company as of the close of such fiscal year and statements of income, stockholders’ equity and cash flows for the year then ended and the opinion thereon of the Company’s independent public or certified public accountants; (ii) as soon as practicable after the filing thereof, copies of each proxy statement, Annual Report on Form 10-K, Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, Current Report on Form 8-K or other report filed by the Company with the Commission or any securities exchange; and (iii) as soon as available, copies of any report or communication of the Company furnished or made available generally to holders of its capital stock; provided, however, that the requirements of this Section 3(p) shall be satisfied to the extent that such reports, statement, communications, financial statements or other documents are available on XXXXX.
Future Reports to the Initial Purchasers At any time when the Company is not subject to Section 13 or 15 of the Exchange Act and any Securities remain outstanding, the Company will furnish to the Representative and, upon request, to each of the other Initial Purchasers: (i) as soon as practicable after the end of each fiscal year, copies of the Annual Report of the Company containing the balance sheet of the Company as of the close of such fiscal year and statements of income, stockholders’ equity and cash flows for the year then ended and the opinion thereon of the Company’s independent public or certified public accountants; (ii) as soon as practicable after the filing thereof, copies of each proxy statement, Annual Report on Form 10-K, Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, Current Report on Form 8-K or other report filed by the Company with the Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) or any securities exchange; and (iii) as soon as available, copies of any report or communication of the Company mailed generally to holders of its capital stock or debt securities (including the holders of the Securities), if, in each case, such documents are not filed with the Commission within the time periods specified by the Commission’s rules and regulations under Section 13 or 15 of the Exchange Act.
Statements to Purchaser Not later than the tenth calendar day of the month, the Company shall furnish in an agreed upon electronic format to the Purchaser or its designee, a monthly, loan level, scheduled remittance advice, trial balance report and payment and payoff activity detail, as to the preceding remittance and the period ending on the last day of the preceding month.

Future Reports to the Underwriters For one year after the date of this Agreement, the Company will furnish, if not otherwise available on XXXXX, to the Representative at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, XX 00000, Attention: Xxxxx Xxx, COO: (i) as soon as practicable after the end of each fiscal year, copies of the Annual Report of the Company containing the balance sheet of the Company as of the close of such fiscal year and statements of income, stockholders’ equity and cash flows for the year then ended and the opinion thereon of the Company’s independent public or certified public accountants; (ii) as soon as practicable after the filing thereof, copies of each proxy statement, Annual Report on Form 20-F, quarterly financial statements using a Form 6-K or other report filed by the Company with the Commission; and (iii) as soon as available, copies of any report or communication of the Company mailed generally to holders of its capital stock.
Reports to Partners (a) Within thirty (30) days of the date of Substantial Completion, the General Partner shall cause to be prepared and distributed to the Investment Partnership, a Credit Basis Worksheet for each building, and in the form specified by Boston Capital.
Reports to Unitholders The Partnership will make generally available to its unitholders and to the Representatives an earnings statement or statements of the Partnership and its subsidiaries which will satisfy, on a timely basis, the provisions of Section 11(a) of the Act and Rule 158 under the Act.
Prospectuses, Reports to Shareholders and Proxy Statements; Voting 3.1. The Fund or its designee shall provide the Company with as many printed copies of the Fund's current prospectus and statement of additional information as the Company may reasonably request. If requested by the Company, in lieu of providing printed copies the Fund shall provide camera-ready film or computer diskettes containing the Fund's prospectus and statement of additional information, and such other assistance as is reasonably necessary in order for the Company once each year (or more frequently if the prospectus and/or statement of additional information for the Fund is amended during the year) to have the prospectus for the Contracts and the Fund's prospectus printed together in one document, and to have the statement of additional information for the Fund and the statement of additional information for the Contracts printed together in one document. Alternatively, the Company may print the Fund's prospectus and/or its statement of additional information in combination with other fund companies' prospectuses and statements of additional information.
Reports to Shareholders The Trustees shall at least semi-annually submit to the Shareholders of each Series a written financial report of the transactions of the Trust and Series thereof, including financial statements which shall at least annually be certified by independent public accountants.
Reports to Security Holders As soon as practicable after the time of purchase, to make generally available to the Partnership’s security holders an earnings statement of the Partnership and its subsidiaries (which need not be audited) complying with Section 11(a) of the Securities Act and the Rules and Regulations (including, at the option of the Partnership, Rule 158).
