Additional Installation Costs Sample Clauses

The 'Additional Installation Costs' clause defines the responsibility for covering expenses that arise beyond the originally agreed installation costs. This clause typically applies when unforeseen circumstances, such as site-specific challenges or changes in project scope, require extra labor, materials, or equipment during installation. Its core function is to allocate financial responsibility for these unexpected costs, ensuring that both parties understand who will bear the burden if additional expenses are incurred.
Additional Installation Costs. If Rogers accepts an order for installation that requires wiring and other installation costs beyond the standard professional installation of up to 30 feet between the modem-router and network antenna, and/or requires any custom mounting or connection requirements for either the modem-router or network antenna, Rogers will notify you of the estimated cost differential (the estimated additional cost beyond the Activation Fee). If you accept the additional cost and wishes to proceed with the installation, Rogers will provide you with a revised Agreement and/or a Statement of Work (“SOW”) which will provide the details of the work and revised costs.
