Additional Instructional and Educational Stipends and Pay Rates. (a) Before and after school teaching and interventions: The District shall pay a pro- rated per diem rate of pay (or the curriculum rate per hour if the employee’s per diem is less than the curriculum rate) for teaching or interventions scheduled by the District outside the normal student day.
