Additional Insured for Commercial General Liability. The insurance required in Section 21.1.2 (Commercial General Liability Insurance) shall include an additional insured endorsement on Form ISO CG 20 10 1185, which is the combination of CG 20 10 (Ongoing Operations) and CG 20 37 (Products/Completed Operations) (or Form ISO CG 20 10 04 13 or another equivalent approved by the MTA) naming the Additional Insured as additional insured: (collectively, the "Additional Insured").
