Common use of Additional Interconnection in Existing LATAs Clause in Contracts

Additional Interconnection in Existing LATAs. If Requesting Carrier deploys additional switches in a LATA after the Effective Date or otherwise wishes to establish Interconnection with additional Ameritech Central Offices in such LATA, Requesting Carrier shall provide written notice thereof to Ameritech, consistent with the notice provisions of Sections 3.4.1 and 3.4.2, to establish such Interconnection. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply to such Interconnection, including the provisions set forth in Section 3.4.
