The "Additional Items and Services" clause defines the terms under which goods or services not originally specified in the main agreement may be requested and provided. Such additional equipment and services, not stated in the Appendices, shall be provided by the Contractor on at cost basis plus handling charges specified in Section II of the BDSO, if applicable.

The SatCen also reserves the right to request a quotation for one-off purchases of switching items (including replacements and spare parts) and related services outside the contractor’s catalogue. The contractor shall receive a request for quotation by e-mail to which it must provide an offer.
