Additional Legal and Accounting Expenses. If the Executive determines, in his absolute judgment, that it is necessary or advisable to incur reasonable legal and/or accounting fees and costs to determine the appropriate tax treatment of amounts paid or payable pursuant to this Agreement, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for these reasonable fees and expenses. Any reimbursement required by this Subsection shall be paid to the Executive promptly after he submits a copy of the service provider's invoice.
