ADDITIONAL LETTER OF INTENT. (a) The Board agrees that no employee will be laid off to circumvent the terms of this agreement. (b) When a school is used during the summer vacation period for educational purposes approved by the Board and the custodian is absent on leave or vacation from the school, the custodian will be provided with additional help during his/her absence.
