AGREEMENT RENEWAL. This Agreement shall not bind nor purport to bind the AZDOHS for any contractual commitment in excess of the original Agreement period.
AGREEMENT RENEWAL. The Parties agree to exercise this First and Final renewal permitted under the Agreement, which renewal will result in the continuation of the Agreement for an additional 24 months, from March 1, 2021 to April 30, 2023.
AGREEMENT RENEWAL. The terms of this agreement will remain in effect until:
1. I withdraw my child from the program as stipulated above,
2. I request expanded or decreased services, 3. I enroll additional children,
AGREEMENT RENEWAL. Each time the Friends Partnership Agreement is up for its 5-year renewal, the Project Leader and the Friends Executive Director or President will also meet to review, modify, and sign this supplemental agreement. The template Friends Partnership Agreement is approved by the Service’s Solicitor’s office. Regional Solicitor review is not required unless the scope of the changes to the template is significant enough to require such a review. The Regional office determines if additional Regional Solicitor review is necessary. To become effective, the Regional Director (or his/her designee) must review, approve, and sign the agreements.
AGREEMENT RENEWAL. The State may renew this Agreement in the next biennium by issuing written notice to the Service Provider of the decision to do so. Renewals will be initiated by the State in writing at least thirty (30) days before the expiration of the then current Term. This expiration and renewal procedure will also apply to the end of any subsequent biennium.
AGREEMENT RENEWAL. 13.1. This Agreement will be automatically renewed for a duration specified in the Hire Period under the heading Key Agreement Information on page 1 of this Agreement to maintain uninterrupted access to your Goods.
AGREEMENT RENEWAL. Notwithstanding any provision in the Agreement to the contrary, the Agreement may not be renewed except upon mutual written agreement signed by authorized representatives of Customer and Vendor. Should the parties agree to renew the Agreement, Vendor may increase its fees by no more than three (3) percent at the start of each renewal term with ninety (90) days’ prior written notice to Customer.
AGREEMENT RENEWAL. The Company shall submit to the Plan Sponsor, not later than 30 days before the expiration of the Initial Term and any Renewal Term, the Company's proposed terms, and conditions for the renewal of the Agreement(the "Renewal Proposal").
AGREEMENT RENEWAL. Each time the Agreement is up for its 5-year renewal, the Project Leader and the Friends president or designee will meet to review and modify the Agreement as described above. All agreements must be signed by the Friends President. The Friends Partnership Agreement is pre-approved by the Department of the Interior’s Solicitor’s office and Service Director. Regional Solicitor review is not required unless the scope of the added language is significant enough to require such a review. The Regional Coordinator/Regional Liaison will determine if additional Regional Solicitor review is necessary. Any revisions to the modified Agreement by the Regional Coordinator/Liaison/Solicitor shall be subject to the mutual review and approval of both parties. To become effective, the Regional Director (or designee) must review, approve, and sign this Agreement.
