Common use of Additional Limited Partners Clause in Contracts

Additional Limited Partners. In the sole discretion of the General Partner, Limited Partners may be admitted to the Partnership without the prior written consent of the existing Limited Partners. The General Partner shall amend Exhibit A to reflect the admission of such Limited Partners.
