Common use of Additional Loading Facilities Clause in Contracts

Additional Loading Facilities. A new coal loading facility may only be considered for addition to the above listed loading facilities if the loading facility itself, or the new Rail Infrastructure that will connect the loading facility to the existing Rail Infrastructure, will connect to the existing Rail Infrastructure at a point on the corridor between Collinsville and Newlands, or to the Line Section between Collinsville and XxXxxxxxxx.

Additional Loading Facilities. A new coal loading facility may only be considered for addition to the above listed loading facilities if the loading facility itself, or the new Rail Infrastructure that will connect the loading facility to the existing Rail Infrastructure, will connect to the existing Rail Infrastructure at a point on the corridor between Collinsville the Burngrove branch junction and Newlands, or to the Line Section between Collinsville and XxXxxxxxxxXxxxxxx.

A new coal loading facility may only be considered for addition to the above listed loading facilities if the loading facility itself, or the new Rail Infrastructure that will connect the loading facility to the existing Rail Infrastructure, will connect to the existing Rail Infrastructure at a point on the corridor between Collinsville Bluff and Newlands, Burngrove or to any of the Line Section between Collinsville and XxXxxxxxxxbranch lines to any Nominated Loading Facility but not including the corridor towards Xxxxxxx beyond Burngrove.
