Site Requirements. Partner agrees to provide and maintain a specially designated location(s) (“Site(s)”) to which eLuma may deliver Services for the Partner. The Site designated by the Partner must have an area that is quiet, confidential, and relatively free of distraction. Partner also agrees to provide an adult supervisor at the Site whenever the services are being delivered. Partner will also ensure that the following items are available and/or provided: working computers, audio devices, microphone devices, webcams, high speed Internet, appropriate desk and chairs (properly sized), and other equipment required for Services (“Equipment”) for the Site as specified by eLuma. Partner can delegate purchase, payment and delivery of a webcam, microphone, y-splitter, or headset to eLuma for up to two (2) Sites per school location if the Partner does not already have these items.
Site Requirements. In the event that Seller, its employees, agents, or subcontractors enter Buyer’s, its customer’s, and/or the Government’s premises for any reason in connection with the Agreement, Seller shall comply with all applicable security requirements.
Site Requirements. (a) Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the installation site is compliant with any site requirements identified by Seller for the installation and/or operation of any Products, Licensed Materials, or Services furnished by Seller under this Agreement. Such site requirements shall include, without limitation, those site requirements set forth in this Section 3.1 below. Seller agrees to cooperate with Customer to ensure compliance with all site requirements, provided that such cooperation shall not require Seller to incur any out-of-pocket costs unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing.
(b) Customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the installation site complies with all applicable laws, orders, and regulations of federal, state and local governmental entities including, without limitation, those relating to environmental conditions.
(c) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, Seller shall have no liability to Customer, its employees, agents, and customers for any delay by Seller in completion of any installation or other Service to be provided by Seller under this Agreement if such delay is attributable to the failure by Customer to comply with any site requirements or to provide any other items which are the responsibility of Customer under this Article II.
(d) The site requirements which are solely the Customer's responsibility shall include but are not limited to the following:
(i) Participate in a joint site survey with Seller (ii) Interior Space -Clears ten feet (10') from floor to bottom of lowest obstruction (iii) Floor Loading(minimum requirements) Structural Analysis always required (iv) Power Room 150 lb. per sq. ft (v) Switch Room 100 lb. per sq. ft.
Site Requirements. If the Work is to be performed on CNL property, the Contractor will comply with CNL’s Special Conditions for the applicable CNL property available in the Vendor Portal. The Contractor will at all times follow the instruction and direction of all CNL staff.

Site Requirements. 7.1. Where the Supplier or the Supplier’s staff have to enter DBC UK’s premises to perform the Services (or any part of them), the Supplier will ensure that the Supplier’s staff carry suitable identification with them which shall be produced to DBC UK staff upon request. The Supplier must not enlist the services of any of DBC UK’s employees to assist with any work carried out in the provision of Services at DBC UK's premises. The Supplier shall ensure that the Supplier’s employees comply with DBC UK's local security arrangements and conditions including the right to search the Supplier’s staff shall carry out their duties so as to cause minimum inconvenience and disruption to the operation of DBC UK's premises.
