The "ADDITIONAL NAMES" clause allows for the inclusion of extra parties or entities to be named within the contract, beyond the primary signatories. ADDITIONAL NAMES. Contractor shall not enter into a Subcontract without first obtaining Procurement Officer’s written consent with any prospective Subcontractor that (a) was not listed on Attachment 3-C at time of Contract execution or (b) is for any Materials or Services categories other than the ones for which they were previously consented. For either case (a) or (b), Contractor shall submit a written request sufficiently in advance of the need date for those materials or services so that performance under the Contract is not impaired. Procurement Officer may request any additional information he or she determines is necessary to assess the submittal, and may withhold consent pending it.

ADDITIONAL NAMES i. Holders of a “Personal” mailbox service are entitled to the primary box holder’s name plus one different last name within the Payment. A “Personal” mailbox may not be used for commercial purposes.
ii. Holders of a “Business” mailbox service are entitled to have up to 4 names listed as recipients of mail.
iii. Holders of a “Premier” mailbox service are entitled to have up to 10 names listed as recipients of mail.
iv. Additional names listed are subject to a monthly Additional Names Fee.
