ADDITIONAL NON-PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT(S) Clause Samples

The "Additional Non-Production Environment(s)" clause defines the terms under which a customer may use software or services in environments that are not intended for live, operational use, such as development, testing, or staging. This clause typically outlines the scope of permitted activities in these environments, any restrictions on data or user access, and whether additional fees apply for such usage. Its core function is to clarify the boundaries and conditions for non-production use, ensuring both parties understand how the software can be utilized outside of the main production environment and preventing misuse or unintentional breaches of the main license terms.
ADDITIONAL NON-PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT(S). If included in the agreement between End User and the Bizagi Authorized Reseller, the subscription includes one or more other Environments that are not for production use (“Non-Production Environments”). Non-Production Environments may include, as an example, a Staging Environment that is used to simulate the most up-to-date Production Environment conditions using the most recent data (i.e. homogeneous environment) and which is used for integral regression tests, based on the closest computing capacity conditions to those in the Production Environment (“Staging Environment”). The End User is responsible for developing the End User’s Applications in Studio Cloud Services and deploying them in Non-Production Environments. This is performed using an upload function available in the Management Console.
