Additional or Alternative Assignments Clause Samples

The "Additional or Alternative Assignments" clause allows a party, typically an employer or principal, to assign tasks or responsibilities to another party beyond those originally specified in the agreement. This clause may permit the assignment of new duties or the substitution of existing ones, often within certain limits or subject to mutual agreement. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility in managing work requirements, ensuring that evolving needs or unforeseen circumstances can be addressed without renegotiating the entire contract.
