Common use of Additional or Changes to Services Clause in Contracts

Additional or Changes to Services. From time-to-time, AMS may revise the scope of the Services, subcontract or delegate to a third party some or all of the provision of the Services, or make substitutions, additions, modifications and improvements to Monitoring Software and/or Services. Additionally, as a part of these changed Services, AMS also may determine, at its sole option, to discontinue providing Services hereunder for specific versions of the Products upon a minimum of one (1) year prior notice to Agency.

From time-to-time to time, AMS may revise the scope of the ServicesServices it offers to Agency, subcontract or delegate to a third party some or all of the provision of the Services, or make substitutions, additions, modifications and improvements to Monitoring Software and/or Monitoring Services. AdditionallyUnless otherwise agreed, as any revisions to the scope of the Monitoring Services shall not affect any Monitoring Services that have already been agreed under a part of these changed ServicesSchedule. Notwithstanding the foregoing, AMS also may determinemay, at its sole option, decide to discontinue providing Services hereunder (or any part thereof) for specific versions of the Products upon a minimum of one (1) year prior notice to AgencyProducts.
