Common use of Additional or extended insurance Clause in Contracts

Additional or extended insurance. 10.3.1 If requested by the Buyer, the Supplier will obtain additional insurance policies, or extend existing insurance policies procured under the Framework Agreement. 10.3.2 The Supplier will provide CCS and the Buyer, the following evidence that they have complied with Clause 10.3.1 above: a broker's verification of insurance; or receipts in respect of the insurance premium; or other satisfactory evidence of payment of the latest premiums due.
