Additional Participants. Supplier does not allow Customers to have additional participants “audit” its training courses. Customer agrees to pay for any and all participants that are ordered, plus last minute participants and drop-ins. This applies to both Live and Virtual Classroom environments. Additional participants are only permitted within the first two hours of the class start time. Any last minute participant and drop-in may be subject to a late registration fee.
Additional Participants. 5.1. The P25 System Joint Operating Committee, upon the recommendation of the P25 System Technical Advisory Committee, may recommend approval of other Agencies joining the P25 System on a case-by-case basis subsequent to the date of adoption of this Agreement using the application process described in this Section. See current agency listing, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit C.
5.2. Priority consideration shall be given to Agencies with licensed, public safety/non- public safety frequencies that can be co-licensed or transferred to the P25 System, if such action can result in enhanced radio communications capabilities for all participants.
5.3. The one-time costs and the ongoing annual costs for new Agencies joining the P25 System are identified within Section 12 and 13 of this Agreement.
5.4. Any Partner Agency may submit an application to increase its use and related obligations in the P25 System for the purpose of sponsoring an agency into the P25 System. Such an application is subject to a review process as described below, subject to the recommendations of the P25 System Technical Advisory Committee, and finally subject to the discretion of, and any approval conditions imposed by, the P25 System Joint Operating Committee. Applications that offer to provide physical resources, particularly licensed public safety/non-public safety frequencies that can be co-licensed or transferred to the P25 System, shall be given preference if approval of all or part of such an application can produce enhanced radio communication capabilities for all Sponsored and Partner Agencies.
5.5. A Partner Agency must submit an application to the P25 System Technical Advisory Committee, care of the Washoe County Technology Services Department, Regional Services Division at 0000 X. 0xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx X, Xxxx, XX 00000, to request an increase in its respective use and obligations in the P25 System necessitated by sponsoring a Sponsored Agency. An application shall include descriptive, technical, property, and cost information concerning the requested increase as well as all helpful documentation. The application shall also include information about the prospective Sponsored Agency’s principals and its business, as well as a copy of the related draft contract between the sponsoring Partner Agency and the Sponsored Agency. This draft contract, submitted with an application, must contain provisions for adequate insurance from and indemnifications by the Sponsored ...
Additional Participants. Upon the NHIN Coordinating Committee’s acceptance of new participant in the NHIN, the NHIN Coordinating Committee shall have the new participant execute and become bound by this Agreement. To accomplish this, the new participant will enter into a Joinder Agreement, the form of which is attached hereto as Attachment 7, pursuant to which the new participant agrees to be bound by this Agreement. The Participants agree that upon execution of the Joinder Agreement by a duly authorized representative of the NHIN Coordinating Committee, all then- current Participants shall be deemed to be signatories to the Joinder Agreement with the result being that current Participants and the new participant are all bound by this Agreement. The new participant shall not be granted the right to participate in the NHIN until both it and the NHIN Coordinating Committee execute the Joinder Agreement.
Additional Participants. Excluding BGM, the HRP Initiative shall have no less than two (2) sponsors (including Participant). BGM will actively recruit additional participants (“Subsequent Participants”) until a total of five (5) Participants have executed participation agreements. To join the HRP Initiative, Subsequent Participants shall execute participation agreements including the same terms set forth in this Agreement. Subsequent Participants must execute participation agreements joining the HRP Initiative prior to 12/31/2007; Thereafter, Subsequent Participants shall only be permitted to join the HRP Initiative with the consent of at least two-thirds of the JSC. Any terms of a Subsequent Participant’s agreement materially different from this Agreement shall be approved in writing by the JSC, in addition to any approval process by which BGM is obligated, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
Additional Participants. Additional participants on the council shall be the principal; one (1) assistant administrator; secondary faculty advisor to student government (if other than administrator); secondary community school coordinator; and one (1) representative from the classified employees. Any additional participation or representation on the council shall be determined annually by the council as needs arise.
Additional Participants. Upon Vendor’s acceptance of a new participant in the Network, Vendor will coordinate for the new Participant to execute and become bound by this Agreement. To accomplish this, the new participant will enter into a Subscription Agreement, pursuant to which the new participant agrees to be bound by this Agreement. The Participants and Vendor agree that upon execution of the Subscription Agreement by a duly authorized representative of Vendor, all then- current Participants shall be deemed to be signatories to such Subscription Agreement with the result being that current Participants and the new participant are all bound by the Agreement and obligated to each other in accordance with its terms. The new participant shall not be granted the right to participate in the particular service until both it and Vendor execute the Subscription Agreement.
Additional Participants. With the consent of the other Party, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed, other employees of either Party or any of its Affiliates involved in the Research, Development, Manufacturing, or Commercialization of any Candidates or Products may attend meetings of the JSC or any Subcommittee as non-voting participants. In addition, with the consent of each Party, consultants, representatives, or advisors involved in the Research, Development, Manufacturing, or Commercialization of any Candidates or Products may attend meetings of the JSC or any Subcommittee as non-voting observers; provided, however, that such Third Party participants and observers are under written obligations of confidentiality and non-use applicable to the Confidential Information of each Party that are at least as stringent as those set forth in Article 13 (Confidentiality).
Additional Participants. 1Additional entities may be added as Participants to this Agreement by executing and delivering additional joinder counterpart signature pages to this Agreement signed by such new Participant and by the Company, and such entity shall be deemed a “Participant” for all purposes hereunder. No action or consent by the other Participants shall be required for such joinder to this Agreement by such additional Participant.
Additional Participants. The Parties acknowledge that additional entities may desire to participate in GPC in the future. Additional participating entities will be added only upon the unanimous approval of GPC Governing Council and execution by all of the Parties of a mutually acceptable amendment to this Agreement, or a new agreement as deemed appropriate by all of the Parties.
Additional Participants. Any public agency that provides emergency medical services within Xxxxxxx County may become a Participant by joining this Agreement through approval by majority vote of the Advisory Board and execution of a written agreement accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which form shall be substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1. As of the effective date of such agreement, the agency shall become a Participant with all the same rights, benefits, and obligations under this Agreement. A new Participant shall pay the amount calculated under the Contribution Formula for that Participant for the then current term, which shall be decreased pro rata based upon the effective date of the written agreement by which the additional Participant joins in this Agreement. The County shall xxxx new Participants, who shall pay all such amounts described in this paragraph to the County within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice from the County.
