Common use of Additional Payments by the Corporation Clause in Contracts

Additional Payments by the Corporation. The Corporation shall, no later than one (1) Business Day before the date upon which the Dividend Equivalent Payment is required to be paid pursuant to Article 3, pay to the Subscription Receipt Agent such amount, if any, as will be sufficient to allow the Subscription Receipt Agent to pay in full the Dividend Equivalent Payment as is required under the circumstances.

Additional Payments by the Corporation. ‌ The Corporation shall, no later than one (1) Business Day before the date upon which any amount due hereunder from the Dividend Equivalent Payment Corporation, if any, is required to be paid pursuant to this Article 3, pay to the Subscription Receipt Agent such amount, if any, in immediately available funds as will be sufficient to allow the Subscription Receipt Agent to pay in full the Dividend Equivalent Payment as is amounts required to be paid under this Article 3. The Corporation shall notify in writing the circumstancesSubscription Receipt Agent of such payments when made.

The Corporation shall notify in writing the circumstancesSubscription Receipt Agent and the Joint Bookrunners of such payments when made.
