Cancellation of Surrendered Subscription Receipt Certificates. All Subscription Receipt Certificates surrendered to the Subscription Receipt Agent shall be returned to or received by the Subscription Receipt Agent for cancellation and, if required by the Corporation, the Subscription Receipt Agent shall furnish the Corporation with a cancellation certificate identifying the Subscription Receipt Certificates so cancelled and the number of Subscription Receipts evidenced thereby.
Cancellation of Surrendered Subscription Receipt Certificates. All Subscription Receipt Certificates surrendered to the Escrow Agent pursuant to Sections 2.10, 2.11 and 5.1 shall be returned to or received by the Escrow Agent for cancellation and, if required by the Trust, the Escrow Agent shall furnish the Trust with a cancellation certificate identifying the Subscription Receipt Certificates so cancelled and the number of Subscription Receipts evidenced thereby.
Cancellation of Surrendered Subscription Receipt Certificates. All Subscription Receipt Certificates surrendered to the Subscription Receipt Agent pursuant to Section 2.11, Section 2.12, Section 2.14, Section 2.15 and Section 6.1 shall be returned to or received by the Subscription Receipt Agent for cancellation and, if required by the Corporation, the Subscription Receipt Agent shall furnish the Corporation with (i) a cancellation certificate identifying the Subscription Receipt Certificates so cancelled and the number of Subscription Receipts evidenced thereby, or (ii) a copy of the Subscription Receipt Agent’s transfer journal, which journal will identify the Subscription Receipt Certificates so cancelled and the number of Subscription Receipts evidenced thereby.
Cancellation of Surrendered Subscription Receipt Certificates. All Subscription Receipt Certificates dealt with pursuant to Section 2.7, Section 2.8, Section 2.10, Section 3.2, Section 3.6 and Section 5.1 hereof shall, subject to the express provisions of this Agreement, be deemed to be cancelled and, if required by the Company, the Receipt Agent shall provide to the Company and the Resulting Issuer a cancellation certificate identifying the Subscription Receipt Certificates so cancelled and the number of Subscription Receipts represented thereby.
