  • Payments under Assigned Agreement PG&E shall make all payments due to Seller under the Assigned Agreement from and after the date hereof to [__________], as depositary agent, to ABA No. [__________], Account No. [__________], and Seller hereby irrevocably consents to any and all such payments being made in such manner. Each of Seller, PG&E and Financing Provider agrees that each such payment by PG&E to such depositary agent of amounts due to Seller from PG&E under the Assigned Agreement shall satisfy PG&E’s corresponding payment obligation under the Assigned Agreement.

If you make such a rollover contribution, you may exclude the amount rolled over from your gross income in the taxable year in which the airline settlement payment was paid to you. If you are a qualified airline employee who has received a qualified airline settlement payment from a commercial airline carrier under the approval of an order of a federal bankruptcy court in a case filed after September 11, 2001, and before January 1, 2007, you are allowed to roll over any portion of the proceeds into your Xxxx XXX within 180 days after receipt of such amount, or by a later date if extended by federal law.   • NON-ACCEPTANCE OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT 33. If, for any reason whatsoever, this Settlement Agreement is not accepted by the Hearing Panel or an Order in the form attached as Schedule “A” is not made by the Hearing Panel, each of Staff and the Respondent will be entitled to any available proceedings, remedies and challenges, including proceeding to a disciplinary hearing pursuant to sections 20 and 24 of By- law No. 1, unaffected by this Settlement Agreement or the settlement negotiations.
