Fee Award. An amount equal to the Fee Award as ordered by the Court, to be paid as described at Section 3.1, below.

Fee Award. An amount equal to the Fee Award described at Paragraph 3.2, to be paid within fourteen (14) days after the entry of Judgment.
Fee Award. Upon termination of this License pursuant to an election under Section 15.4 above, then: (i) Licensee's obligation to pay fee shall continue up until the date of termination, and thereafter shall cease, except that fee shall be reduced as provided in Section 15.6 below for any period during which this License continues in effect after the Date of Taking, and (ii) County shall be entitled to the entire Award in connection therewith (including, but not limited to, any portion of the Award made for the value of Licensee’s interest under this License), and Licensee shall have no claim against County for the value of any unexpired term of this License, provided that Licensee may make a separate claim for compensation, and Licensee shall receive any Award made specifically to Licensee, for Licensee's relocation expenses or the interruption of or damage to Licensee's business or damage to Licensee's Personal Property.

Fee Award. 97. Class Counsel may submit a Fee Application for an award of attorneys’ fees and costs in an amount not to exceed four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000.00). Class Counsel will file a Fee Application with the Court on or before thirty-five (35) days prior to the Final Approval Hearing in support of their Fee Application for Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses. Xxxx Xxx reserves the right to review and respond to the Fee Application.
Fee Award. Class Counsel will apply to the Court for an award of attorneys’ fees and costs in a total amount not to exceed Twenty-Five Million and No/100 Dollars ($25,000,000.00). The Defendants will not object to the request so long as it does not exceed $25 million, and the Defendants will pay the amount awarded by the Court, up to but not more than $25 million, to Class Counsel as compensation for attorneys’ fees and costs. This payment is separate from and in addition to any other payments agreed to as part of this settlement. The Defendants shall pay such amount, as ordered by the Court, within five (5) business days after the Effective Date, by wire transfer to an account designated by Lead Class Counsel, and such payment shall constitute complete consideration for all work performed and all expenses and costs incurred to date and for all work to be performed and all expenses and costs to be incurred through the completion of the Lawsuit, the Related Actions, and this Settlement, other than those costs described in VI.C. below.

Fee Award. Class Counsel will file the Fee Application petitioning the Court for an award of attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses, which amount shall be determined by the Court. HMI will not oppose (or solicit others to oppose) Class Counsel’s request to the Court for a Fee Award of up to $195,000.00 and HMI will pay the lesser of $195,000.00 or the Fee Award approved by the Court.
