Common use of Additional Perquisites Clause in Contracts

Additional Perquisites. During the Executive's employment hereunder, the Company shall provide the Executive with (i) term life insurance in an amount equal to two times Base Salary; (ii) payment for initiation fees at a country club; (iii) the right to participate in any 401(k) plan which the Company may establish and (iv) long-term disability coverage providing a monthly benefit of $12,500.

Additional Perquisites. During the Executive's employment hereunder, the Company shall provide the Executive with (i) term life insurance in an amount equal to two times Base Salary; (ii) payment for initiation fees at a country club; (iii) the right to participate in any 401(k) plan which the Company may establish establish; (iv) payment of reasonable legal fees relating to the negotiation and execution of this Agreement, not to exceed $10,000 and (ivv) long-term disability coverage providing a monthly benefit of $12,50022,500.
